## Who we are

Sanvro Tech is an India-based engineering company headquartered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We were founded with a clear vision: to reshape the future of healthcare and enterprise technology through cutting-edge AI and real-time communication. Our founding team has 15+ years of experience in real-time media-streaming and large-scale systems engineering, and we apply that depth across every line of work.

## How we operate

Sanvro runs on two parallel tracks:

1. **Product studio.** We build and own our own platforms. Livconnect.ai (healthcare) is our first product and is currently deployed in healthcare institutions across India. Additional healthcare and enterprise solutions are in development for 2025–26.
2. **Services consultancy.** We deliver end-to-end engineering for client organisations — AI consulting, custom software, video and audio intelligence, and real-time systems.

- **Our Journey.** Our journey began with Livconnect.ai, a healthcare platform designed to simplify clinic operations: appointment booking, patient onboarding, doctor-patient communication, treatment tracking, and post-visit reminders.
- **Our Vision.** Our vision extends well beyond Livconnect. We are building a suite of healthcare and enterprise solutions using automation and deep tech, including intelligent agents and real-time video and audio systems.
- **Our Commitment.** We serve healthcare providers, public-safety agencies, educational institutions, and manufacturers. We partner with organisations that need technology built to last, with precision and accountability at every layer.
